There are many ways to make and prepare Matcha. This video is a way to make Matcha melon juice. Very healthy and tastes great!
1/2 melon, diced
1 teaspoon Matcha De Mark
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Try it with other juices, watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, pineapple, be creative. Juice is very refreshing in the summer and replaces lost fluids when the temperatures are warm. Matcha will replace the energy you lost when exercising. It a good energy and will last for hours. The minerals, vitamins are an added benefit to drinking this special tea.
