There are multiple ways to mix and prepare Matcha. This video is a recipe for Matcha melon juice. Very healthy and tastes great!
1/2 melon, diced
1 teaspoon Matcha De Mark
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
Mix all items in a blender and pulse until mixed well.
Experiment with other juices, watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, pineapple, be inventive. Juice is very nutritious in the summer and replenishes lost fluids when the temperatures are hot. Matcha will give back the energy you lost while exercising. It a good energy and will stay for hours. The minerals, vitamins are an added benefit to consuming this special tea.
