I just came across this great chef's knife that is sharp, durable and super comfortable in my hand, and best of all, it was fits my budget perfectly!

I've always had a hard time spending money on my kitchen knives. I'm not a professional chef by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love to cook for my friends and family. So I always got a little nervous when it came to kitchen knives. I wanted the quality of the uber-spendy European brands, but my budget demanded that I stick with those flimsy, throw away knives you find at the grocery store… or worse yet, those bargain basement places. So I'd buy one of those so-called knives and keep dreaming of the day I could buy a decent knife that wouldn't break the bank.

And every time, those cheap knives were really uncomfortable and frustrating to use. I'd find myself trying to saw through cream cheese with a dull blade time and again, and eventually would just throw it away and start over again with yet another cheap knife, expecting different results. Hmmm… isn't that the classic definition of insanity?

So one day, I decided to break the cycle. I searched for kitchen knives on amazon.com. I came across these fantastic knives from A Cut Above Cutlery. I was amazed at how sharp they were, right out of the box! And they held that edge really well. Not only that, they're really affordable. And the best part – it made me remember why I loved cooking in the first place.

I felt so great about the money I'd saved buying my new knife that I splurged on Filet Mignon for my friends that night.
