Easy Glaze for Pork or Chicken

Pork chops can get a little boring, not to mention dry. We have several recipes for pork chops, but I’m sure you do to. Many times you don’t want to bother with a recipe when it comes to cooking a pork chop or a piece of chicken.

You just want to eat, so you take them out of the fridge and throw them on the grill or in the oven.

If this is you, then commit this recipe to memory. Just remember 1/2… 1/3… 1/4…

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup chicken stock
  • 1/3 Cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Scallions chopped (optional)

Directions:

In a small sauce pan, mix all the liquids and boil down until it becomes a glaze. Add scallions at the last minute before serving.

Serve over grilled pork or chicken.
