This is very simple (and quick). Adding a quick marinate prior to cooking ads flavor that is not overpowering. This recipe can also be done using a grill pan on your stovetop, a countertop grill or using the broiler.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pork loin trimmed of all the silverskin and fat.
- 1/2 cup your favorite Italian dressing for the marinate
Directions: Preheat grill to hot
Marinate the pork with the dressing for at least 1/2 hour, up to 2 hours, in a zip top bag in the refrigerator.
Grill on all 4 sides of the meat turning every 2 minutes or so. You are looking for an interior temperate of 145° F. Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting. Slice on the diagonal about 1″ slices.
