Really Simple Raspberry Sauce

Every need a quick dessert but you want to make it elegant. With frozen raspberries and a blender, you can literally make this in 30 seconds.

If you are using fresh berries, save a few for garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package (10oz.) frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries if you have them
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 Cup confectioners’ sugar

Directions:

Puree the raspberries in a blender.  Add the lemon juice and sugar and blend until smooth. Pass the sauce through a strainer and serve.
