Whether you boil, steam or grill it, corn on the cob is always a summer favorite. It’s great with just butter and S&P, but there is no reason not to spice it up a little.
Here’s an easy variation.
Ingredients:
- 1 Stick softened butter
- 1/4 Cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/4 Cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 Teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon red pepper flakes.
Just mix the above until it becomes a buttery paste and serve on the table with your corn on the cob.
