Pumpkin Seeds

Talk about a simple snack…

  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • Kosher Salt

Preheat oven to 350°

Remove the seeds from your pumpkin and give them a good wash in a colander. Lay them out on a towel to dry for an hour or so.

Melt a couple tablespoons of butter in a microwave dish then toss the seeds in the butter.

Place them in a single layer on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with the salt and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Toss them once or twice during the cooking.

They are done when golden brown.
