This is exactly what it says. The easiest, “lazy cook’s” way to serve a great looking salad. We even use bottled dressing to make it even simpler!
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Head of Iceberg lettuce
- Your favorite bottle of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
- 1 Package of bacon bits (you can make these if you prefer)
Instructions:
Core the iceberg lettuce by slamming the head, core side down on a cutting board. The core will come right out. Then, cut the head into six wedges.
Place one wedge on each plate. Top with ranch or blue cheese dressing then sprinkle with the bacon bits.
