We’ve been putting cole slaw on fish tacos for some time. They really need something crunchy and creamy to make them great. Adding Old Bay to our standard cole slaw really enhances the flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar or fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 12 oz. Bag of cole slaw mix or 1/2 cabbage sliced thin or a largeĀ wedge of iceberg lettuce
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients then dress the cabbage. Mix well and let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour for the flavors to meld.
Will make enough for at least 8 tacos.
